FROM AMERICAN REGION MISSION: HAITI
<p>The American Region distributes Palliatives to the less privileged in Jamaica and Haiti: The enemy of the time 'Corona virus' cannot lock people's heart in showing solidarity. To help people stay healthy during the lock down caused by Covid-19 pandemic, our Sisters in Jamaica and Haiti through the help of our Development Office provided food item and other stuff to the less privileged in those regions.This heroic gesture was borne out of Divine Love in action. In Haiti for example, Sr. Chimezie Ikeme and other Sisters working there always cook food and distribute to the patients in the Clinic and in their outreach program to boost their immune. They instructed them in social distancing, regular hand wash with soap, personal hygiene and the importance of using face mask. The Sisters did not left any stone unturned in assisting the most vulnerable on daily basis.</p>
